Gatesman, one of the fastest-growing, mid-sized privately owned marketing communications agencies, has been selected as agency-of-record (AOR) for global office brand, Fellowes, following a competitive review and pitch.
Chicago-area-based Fellowes Brands, category leader and inventor of the personal shredder, is a fourth-generation privately held company with a passion for producing quality office products and for giving back both locally and globally. As AOR, Gatesman is charged with developing an integrated marketing plan for 2018 and for providing Fellowes' full range of anticipated marketing services, including brand development, advertising, public relations, social media, digital and analytics, and media planning and buying. For confidentiality reasons, Gatesman was not able to disclose the budget, but confirmed the account will rank among the agency's largest.

The Fellowes account will be led out of Gatesman Noble's Chicago office. The pitch was one of the first following Pittsburgh-based Gatesman's acquisition of 49-year-old Noble Communications, with offices in Chicago and Springfield, Mo. The acquisition increased the agency's depth of expertise in new and existing areas with combined talent from both organizations, and added new and complementary capabilities to even better serve regional, national and international clients.
