Marzziotti to Focus on Project Operations in Expanded Role

In honor of his contributions over the past 13 years, Troy Marzziotti, an executive team member of MAST Constructive Services, Inc., an award-winning, Little Falls, New Jersey-based owner’s representative, project and construction management services firm, has been promoted to vice president. Marzziotti, a more than 20-year construction industry veteran, was formerly a project executive at MAST and before that, a senior project manager at the firm.

In his new position, Marzziotti will take a more active role in project operations. He also will continue to be responsible for mobilizing team members to meet budget and time goals, particularly in the construction phase.

“Troy is unmatched as a time management professional,” said MAST Founder and President, Ted Domuracki. “I am delighted to announce his promotion and excited about all that Troy brings to this position. He is an essential part of our executive team and I look forward to seeing him thrive in his expanded role.”

Currently, Marzziotti is working on Hudson County Community College’s new Science, Technology, Engineering & Math (STEM) facility. Among Marzziotti’s prior projects are: Culinary Arts Institute and the HCCC Library, both which have won awards; and Hudson County Community College in Jersey City, where Marzziotti oversaw a host of renovations, additions and new construction, including the completion of two sites at Journal Square.

Marzziotti has a master’s in Construction Management from Stevens Institute of Technology, along with a diploma in Building Construction Management from New York University. He lives in Thornwood, Westchester County, New York.
