Deal with AC Hotels by Marriott and Zinburger Wine & Burger Bar to enhance work-life experience for business center’s tenants; provide new amenities for region
Continuing its success maintaining Somerset Corporate Center as the premier business address in New Jersey, SJP Properties today announced that it has sold a site within the center for the development of an AC Hotels by Marriott and a Zinburger Wine & Burger Bar.
A European-inspired hospitality brand with more than 100 locations around the world, AC Hotels are design-driven to offer guests high-end accommodations and public spaces, and intuitive technology features. The brand’s newest location in Bridgewater will feature 150 guest rooms and a rooftop bar and lounge, and will be complemented by a 5,800-square-foot, free-standing Zinburger, the popular upscale burger restaurant offering gourmet burgers and paired wine selections.
Construction on the hotel and restaurant will commence this month and is expected to be completed by 2020.
