Transwestern today announces it has been retained as the exclusive leasing agent for 170 – 180 Park Ave., a 370,000-square-foot office campus in Florham Park, New Jersey. Transwestern Partner and City Leader James Postell, Managing Director Matt McDonough, and Vice President Dan Ligorner will oversee the comprehensive repositioning and marketing of the two-building complex.
Ownership plans to make significant capital improvements to the property, including design changes that will stimulate collaboration and innovation, and the addition of various service-based amenities aimed at improving employee engagement and well-being.
