My Alarm Center Adds Scott Taylor CTO and Carole Dalton SVP

NEWTOWN SQUARE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--My Alarm Center today announced that it has appointed Scott Taylor as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Carole Dalton as Senior Vice President (SVP) of Human Resources, further bolstering its already strong leadership team.

Mr. Taylor has a strong track record of leading domestic and international technology and operations teams through design, implementation and operational support of innovative web and mobile products and platforms. He has directed mobile carrier integrations, operational support centers and infrastructure in the United States, Europe, Asia and Latin America. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Product Operations at Time Warner Cable (“TWC”) where he led Operations for their Home Security, WiFi and Wireless businesses. In this role, he oversaw the definition and execution of new business Platforms and Operations strategy for TWC’s home security business, IntelligentHome.

In his role as CTO with My Alarm Center, Mr. Taylor will be responsible for providing technological leadership in all aspects of the business, including the advancement of the company’s product technology and business automation platform to drive growth and business transformation. “Mr. Taylor is a critical addition to the senior management team and a change agent who will help accelerate the pursuit of the company’s mission, which is to build a highly scalable growth engine, significantly grow the business over the coming years and continue to provide an exceptional customer experience to all,” said Amy Kothari, President and CEO of My Alarm Center.

Ms. Dalton has over 25 years of experience in all aspects of Human Resource management across multiple industries both domestic and international, including large scale talent acquisitions in India and the Philippines. She brings extensive experience in organizational design, employee engagement, change management and talent acquisition strategy and execution. Most recently, she served as the head of Human Resources and Labor Relations for Matrix North American Construction, a large multinational construction enterprise and SVP of Human Resources and Safety for Unitek Global Services, a provider of outsourced telecom industry infrastructure support and fulfilment services.

In her role as SVP of Human Resources, Ms. Dalton will be responsible for leading the human resource functions with a specific focus on further advancing areas that directly contribute to the company’s growth plans, with specific emphasis talent acquisition and retention, new hire training and development and employee engagement and retention. “Carole’s diverse HR background and talent acquisition expertise are exactly what we need to continue to build our foundation for growth,” said Ms. Kothari.
