Mayk is one of three compliance attorneys presenting the webinar who will identify and discuss the regulatory and compliance concerns that will affect financial services companies next year. He also advises clients on credit reporting, debt collection, unfair trade practice, privacy and data security, and electronic commerce laws and regulations. He is co-Editor in Chief of HouseLaw and a co-author of the RESPA/TIL Integrated Disclosures chapter of The Law of Truth in Lending.
