PLM is pleased to announce that Joseph Zambrano has joined the leadership team as senior vice president of operations. Joe will be based out of the Fleet Solutions Center in Newark, NJ and will be reporting to CEO Keith Shipp. Joe will oversee the continued development of PLM's strategic vision, expansion and robust fleet management platform in the cold supply chain. "I am thrilled that Joe has joined our team," said Shipp. "He shares our core values and focus on providing an exceptional customer service experience. His extensive cross functional leadership and proven track record will play an integral role in maintaining PLM at the forefront of the ever-changing cold supply chain."
Joe will be responsible for delivering a distinctive refrigerated fleet management and service experience for our customers. He will lead the following groups: fleet operations and asset management, business services, customers solutions and information technology.
Joe joins PLM after leading Third Party Risk Management programs at the Vanguard Investment Group and GE Capital. Prior to his risk management roles, Joe held the position of Operations VP for GE Capital Trailer Fleet Services, where he was responsible for Operations Management, including variable cost productivity, maintenance, branch standardization, deal fulfillment, internal audit, sourcing, health and safety, and real estate. Leading up to this role, Joe gained experience rotating through progressively larger, cross-functional leadership roles while at General Electric.
