Avison Young welcomes new Brokerage Associate to its New Jersey team; Also Joins Firm’s “Young Guns” mentoring program

Jeffrey L. Heller, Avison Young, Principal and Managing Director of New Jersey, isannouncing that Paul Errigo has joined the firm’s brokerage department as an Associatespecializing in landlord and tenant leasing representation within the office sector.

In addition, Errigowill be part of Avison Young’s“Young Guns” program, a mentoring program that creates a collaborative environment for selected Avison Young worldwide professionalsto share best practices and support one another in their growth and development at the firm.Errigo was chosen by management to be a part of the program due to his natural leadership skills.

Errigo joins Avison Young after serving with Brandywine Realty Trust, where he assisted in marketing and communications and departments that included leasing, property management, construction and marketing.

Errigo graduated from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia with a degree in Marketing, where he was a member of the Marketing Association, Finance Society, Entrepreneurship Club & Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity. He was also part of the Cooperative Education program at Saint Joseph’s University. The Cooperative Education program, also known as “Co-op” unites the classroom and the workplace by giving students two full-time, paid working opportunities, creating one full year of job experience while they are still in college. He has also done volunteer work with Relay for Life & Save the Storks Foundation.
