12/7/17

David A. Nasatir moderated a panel for the Center City Proprietors Association’s (CCPA) Meet the Developers” event. Nasatir is chair of the Business & Finance department at Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP and serves on the Firm’s management committee.

Meet the Developers was designed to allow CCPA members to interact with some of the city's most innovative developers and visionaries who are creating changes to Philadelphia's skyline and neighborhoods. The discussion focused on current construction developments in Philadelphia, the rationale behind the site selection process, challenges to construction, and the anticipated impact of various projects on the city's overall economic growth and quality of life.

“This was a very vibrant group of panel experts who clearly have their eyes set on the future. With all the changes they will bring, it is exciting to know that the growth in Philadelphia won’t be slowing down any time soon. I am thrilled to be able to help developers like these usher in new changes to our city,” Nasatir said about moderating the panel.

The panelists included: Craig Grossman, general partner at Arts + Crafts Holdings; Prema

Katari Gupta, senior vice president of navy yard planning & real estate development at PIDC; Charles B. Norman, the development manager at National Real Estate Advisors LLC; Rahil Raza, the CEO of Raza Properties; and David J. Yeager, President of Radnor Property Group, LLC. Nasatir was chosen as moderator because of his extensive industry knowledge, including experience handling some of the region’s larger real estate developments and the structuring of the complex financing necessary for many of these projects. He also serves on the Pennsylvania Convention Center Authority Board of Directors and is a member of the board of the Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority.
