Beverly J. Gerber

Gerber has been appointed Vice President of the Businesses Committed to South Jersey (BCSJ) Board of Directors. An active member of BCSJ for more than 10 years, this appointment comes after her initial appointment to the organization’s board in February 2017.
Ms. Gerber has been a member of The Bloom Organization since 1989. As a senior leasing executive, she works closely with clients, inspecting properties, negotiating financial and legal terms and fostering long-term tenant relations. She is a New Jersey licensed Real Estate Salesperson with more than 30 years of industry expertise and proudly moderated the first-ever BCSJ 2016 All Women’s Broker Panel. The event featured a group of industry experts discussing varied perspectives and topics related to the state of commercial, industrial and retail commercial real estate. Ms. Gerber is a longtime resident of Mount Laurel, New Jersey.
