The investment is the first of Egis Capital Fund III and falls squarely within the firm's strategy to invest in technology-enabled businesses focused on the protection of people, assets, and information.
MCP enables 911 and public safety answering points ("PSAPs") to leverage significant advancements in telecommunication to improve the flow of voice and data to first responders, leading to better outcomes in emergency situations.
