Turn5 Looks To Beef Up Staff At New Chester County HQ

A shiny blue Ford F-150 and a burnt orange Jeep Wrangler tugged apart the ribbon at Turn5’s new 90,000-square-foot headquarters in Paoli, Pa.

With a drop-by from Gov. Tom Wolf — who rode in on a black Jeep Wrangler— the ecommerce company opened up its new headquarters on Monday. There, some 413 employees currently drive Turn5’s three websites: American Muscle, Extreme Terrain and American Trucks, all focused on customizing pick-ups trucks, all-terrain vehicles and muscle cars.

Last Spring, Turn5 announced it had received just over $600,000 in state grants and credits to build out its footprint in Chester County: a $200,000 Pennsylvania First Program grant; $45,000 in WEDnetPA funding for employee training; and $366,000 in Job Creation Tax Credits, to be distributed upon the creation of the new jobs.
