The Bloom Organization Recognizes Two Long-Standing Team Members for 30 Years of Service

1/16/18

The Bloom Organization, a leading commercial industrial real estate management firm in South Jersey, recently recognized two employees for 30 years of employment – Frank Martin, president and Robert Pizarro, maintenance – at the company’s annual holiday luncheon.

Mr. Martin joined The Bloom Organization in 1987 as Chief Financial Officer, a position he held until being appointed President in 2008. His leadership has had an immeasurable impact on the company and set its course for the future while recognizing the past success. Mr. Pizarro, a member of the maintenance department, has given new meaning to dedication and work ethic. Over the years, his commitment to the company, tenants and peers is commendable.

“Simply stated, loyalty requires a strong feeling of support or allegiance,” says K.C. Isdaner, Chief Operating Officer. “Frank and Robert have that sense and more – Frank for his leadership and Robert as the ultimate team player. Our entire organization could not be prouder of these two important members of the Bloom team.”

The Bloom Organization was founded in 1945 and is a leader in the South Jersey office and industrial real estate market with 3.0 million square feet of office and industrial buildings in Burlington and Camden counties. As a long-standing member of the South Jersey community, The Bloom Organization actively supports many local, regional and national organizations.
