Cubria has more than 40 years of construction consulting experience in a variety of sectors including oil and gas, mines and minerals, infrastructure, transportation, power, and commercial. His skills include claims management, dispute resolution, risk analysis, procurement, contract strategy and cost and schedule control. Cubria holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Universidad Anahuac and an M.S. in Construction Management from the University of Michigan.
