Delle Donne & Associates, Inc.’s Avenue North mixed-use redevelopment in Wilmington, Delaware is already garnering heavy interest from users in the multifamily, office, retail and hotel industries.

The high-end redevelopment will offer approximately 335 residential units, 950,000 square-feet of office space, 250,000 square feet of retail space and 200 hotel rooms with a 20,000 square-foot conference room.
