Beneficial Mutual Savings Bank has put the 73,000-square-foot Wilson Building on the market.

The 0.14-acre property at 130 N. Broadway abuts Rutgers and Rowan universities. It's being touted as key to  Camden's revitalization.

Market the asset is Binswanger. The building opened in 1926 and underwent a renovation three years ago. It once housed some of the top law firms in Camden County. Its attributes include immediate access to the Ben Franklin Bridge, Interstates 76 and 676 and all roads leading to South Jersey and Center City Philadelphia.
