The Kaiserman portfolio includes 350,000+/- square feet of property across four locations: Barclay Farms Shopping Center in Cherry Hill, NJ, Kevon I & II Office Centers in Pennsauken, NJ, and Olde Sproul Shopping Village in Springfield, PA. This is the first time in Kaiserman’s 90+ year history that the company has outsourced property management.
Clarion Partners awarded Metro both property management and leasing of The Shoppes at Susquehanna Marketplace, a 110,000+/- square foot lifestyle center in Harrisburg, PA.
Metro’s Executive Vice President of Management Services, Christine Scotti, is leading the property management team, which began managing the properties earlier this year.

The Shoppes at Susquehanna Marketplace in Harrisburg, PA spans 12 acres and 110,384 square feet of retail space. Metro’s Executive Vice President of Brokerage Services, Kathy Sawin, is leading the leasing team.
