• Wellspan Properties, Inc. purchased a professional office property at 3687 Concord Road in York, PA (Springettsbury Township) from Concord Properties I for $2,590,000. David L. Bode and Nate Resh, of ROCK Commercial Real Estate, represented the seller in the transaction
• AIS Leasing Company purchased an industrial property at 3250 Susquehanna Trail North in York, PA (Manchester Township) from AIDC for $2,350,000. Ted Turnbull and Jason Turnbull, of ROCK Commercial Real Estate, represented the seller in the transaction.
• 921 Realty LLC purchased a multi-tenant industrial property at 921 Tolna Road in New Freedom, PA (Shrewsbury Township) from Tolna Road LLC for $2,100,000. Jason Turnbull and Nate Resh, of ROCK Commercial Real Estate, brokered the transaction.
• SBS Investments, LLC purchased an industrial property at 310 Emig Road in York, PA (Manchester Township) from Fox Land Associates, Ltd. for $1,770,000. Ted Turnbull and Damian Reed, of ROCK Commercial Real Estate, brokered the transaction.
• Lancaster Township purchased a church property at 551 Abbeyville Road in Lancaster, PA (Lancaster Township) from Connection Christian Church, Inc. for $1,345,000. Greg Finkelstein, of ROCK Commercial Real Estate, represented the seller in the transaction
• Codorus Stone & Supply Co. Inc. purchased 15.27 acres of land at 111 Theatre Road in New Freedom, PA (Shrewsbury Township) from Theatre Road Enterprises LLC for $1,300,000. Damian Reed and Jason Turnbull, of ROCK Commercial Real Estate, brokered the transaction.
• Community Volunteer Fire Company No. 1 of Yorkana, PA purchased an industrial property at 5410 Mount Pisgah Road in York, PA (Lower Windsor Township) from William N. & Susanne C.W.
